Along with our weekly worship service and Sunday School classes, FBC hosts frequent Bible studies for men, women, young adults, and teens. For more information, view the church calendar.
2021 Reading Plan
- 5 daily readings per week (Monday—Friday)
- 1-2 chapters of Scripture, a few pages of a Christian book
- Weekends are a good time for reading the Christian book, catching up if you miss a day, your own personal Bible study, or for some of the optional reading.
Upreach Prayer Service
On the first Sunday night of every month from 6–7 pm, we have a prayer service that we call Upreach. For the hour together we spend our time praying, taking special care to let the Bible guide our prayers. We would love to have you join us to pray along with us or listen as others pray. Childcare is offered through 6th grade.
We love spending time with each other and regularly schedule church-wide fellowships, from potlucks, to picnics, and special celebrations. We always welcome guests! In addition to these scheduled, church-wide events, we regularly fellowship in each others’ homes and in smaller groups for fun and relaxation.
Our men’s ministry meets for outings every other month and hosts a men’s Bible study every other Saturday. We also organize men’s mission teams to serve every other year.
In addition to Bible Studies that meet in the Fall and in the Spring, the ladies have fellowship events scheduled every other month. In 2019, FBC began a Ladies’ Conference series called “Renewed Minds.”
College and Career
FBC sponsors Axis Bible Study, a weekly instructional time on the campus of Weber State University in Ogden. Along with Axis, we host fellowship events and provide mentoring for young adults in this crucial stage of life.
